Tasks
- Responsible for the testing activities related to active suspension system and sub-components. Rationalize test resources according to internal and external customer requirements, to ensure tests performed efficiently and smoothly.
- Participate in active damper system testing capacity building and test specification writing.
- Manage and guide test technicians to ensure that tests are conducted accurately.
- Testing calculation, planning, operation, analysis and documentation.
- Give suggestions to the product application and designer for the product optimization from the view of testing field.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering.
- Knowledge in chassis especially in suspension system.
- Familiar with test specifications and test rigs for suspension system especially for active suspension system and related components (e.g. motor, oil pump, adaptive damper).
- Familiar with DAQ device (e.g. DAWE/LMS) and D-space/Speedgoat preferred.
- Matlab, Python or similar software skills preferred.
- Strong analytical skills. Good communication abilities and teamwork capabilities. Able to work under pressure and able for business travel in China and abroad.
- At least 5 years working experience in related position.
- Fluent in English.
