Provides process technical expertise to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance and improve process capability in terms of safety, quality, yields, capacity and OEE performance. Participates as part of a team to upgrade products and processes by implementing modifications ranging from incremental daily improvements to technology game changes. Maintain process development, establish/maintain/improve SOP and SOC. Helps to train personnel and build in the manufacturing line organization to maintain and enhance operations. Serves as *** response to plant technical issues and assits in trouble shooting process or equipment issues.
61 Support new projects, to participate reviews for process design, process control, alarm, interlocks; to lead process equipment FAT and other testing, process equipment commissioning, trial runs; works with other work streams on start-up preparations.
61 Participate in safety, environmental and quality initiatives (for example PHA, TA, COD)
61 Establish, maintain and improve site Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), periodically lead/ involve in the review of control plan and FMEA;
61 Design experiment for process qualification and ascertaining process parameters at higher throughput.
61 Provide continuous process and product quality improvement through process upgrade;
61 Lead and implement projects to improve process efficiencies;
61 Assist with new product development program when needed; Investigate and evaluate employee process improvement related suggestions, new processes and equipment. Lead/involve new process technology application;
61 Provide process training for operation key operators and involve the new key operator qualification process;
61 Apply strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills, lead or participate process/quality incidents root cause investigation and develop and implement corrective actions;
61 Provide effective solutions to fix process issues;
61 Demonstrate statistical-based approach for troubleshooting; collect, analyze and review process operating parameters and determine process capability to ensure that process is in statistical control;
61 Networking with R&D and sister plants on latest product and technical development;
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor or above major in chemical engineering related
Working experience: 5 above years related working experience
Language: Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
