Key Responsibilities:
61 Workplace & End-User Computing: Provide technical support for Windows/macOS devices, Office 365, and collaboration tools to ensure optimal workplace productivity.
61 IT Service Management: Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
61 VMware Support: Troubleshoot basic VMware environments, escalating complex issues when necessary.
61 Data Center Management: Assist in monitoring and managing server, storage, and network infrastructure within the local data center.
61 Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain IT hardware, software, and licensing records to ensure compliance and proper lifecycle management.
61 Collaboration & Vendor Coordination: Work with regional and global IT teams, as well as external vendors, to support IT service continuity.
61 Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop and maintain IT support documentation and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
61 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, workplace support, or end-user computing.
61 Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and workplace technologies.
61 Basic understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and VMware virtualization.
61 Experience with data center operations, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
61 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
61 Ability to manage IT incidents and requests efficiently using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
61 Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to support a diverse user base.
61 Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional/global IT teams
