TW Logistics Planner 物流计划员 (职位编号：TW-1)

- Domestic and export delivery plan to customer with right time and Qty, under reasonable and lowest logistics cost.

- Key user of SAP and TMS system

- Continue improvement of internal process and inventory control and delivery performance

- Responsible for logistics related and TW assigned projects

1. Planning

- Get monthly production demand and rest year FC from central SCM every month

- Check new product release status with plant PI and domestic small orders with *** sales, and communicate with central SCM to revise production demand if necessary, then finalize next month production demand

- Break down next month's production demand into daily tire building schedule, considering demand priority, machine capacity(mainly focus on tire building machine and curing molds), HC and other constraints

- Check monthly molds utilization, submit molds request if necessary

- Try to minimize switchover by combining production of small orders, smonthing production of this month end and next month begining

- Keep close contact with sequence planer for production output, weekly check production schedule then confirm production orders in SAP

- Keep close contact with material planner to ensure production smoothly running

- Weekly check AFO system production capacity,CPD and unconfirmation, and review together with central SCM to analysis the gaps

- Organize monthly order evaluation meeting, align resources from related departments to ensure weekly or monthly production size achievement and volume achievement target

- Align next month production and rest year volume with IE & production, then confirm back to central SCM, then provide PSI report to all related departments

2. Delivery

- Support logistics assistant with good working output, who is responsible for delivery plan(exporting, domestic, ETO, PTO, COP), freight checking, etc.

- Provide yearly freight demand to APAC transportation manager for tender collection

- Double check yearly freight budget, monthly freight FC, monthly freight cost with logistics assistant

3. System

- Local Key user of SCM2.0, SAP MM & SD module and TMS system

- Responsible for granting basic SAP roles to end user, solving system problems raising by end users, leading testings for new processes or new settings

- Act as coordinator between CKU and plant end users, sharing information from CKU, eg. project, system shutdown, role clearance,role review, etc.

- Responsible for plant SAP MM&SD module improvement project and other system for logistics operation roll-out and improvement project (PP system etc.)

- Update MADA system with production constraints(daily ticket, CUD, etc.), and block information, etc.

4. Coordination and problem solving

- Know structured problem solving tool and use it to solve problem

- Coordinate internal and external relationship on delivery/production/customer claims issues

5. Coordinate Function

- Support the work of logistics assistant and encourage his/her personal work

- CBS/PIP/CIM contribution

- Responsible for planning and delivery related process optimization

6. KPI Tracking & Others

- Meet yearly target of coverage KPI

- Drive for weekly Size Achievement tracking, monthly coverage and continuously improvement

- Follow other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

- Graduated in Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/ International Trade is preferred.

- Above 2 years work experience in logistics or Supply Chain Management

- Logistics planning management experience min.3 years

- At least have experience leading over 3 people, over 2years
