TD project manager or senior project manager

1. to be the contact window of DRAM foundry

2. foundry PDK and design support

3. product tapeout, pilot run, and qualification

4. support management to plot product roadmap and foundry strategy

5. production Fab management (yield/reliability), RMA, and problem containment, etc

Requirement:

1. Attitude(態度): positive attitude and ability to interface with people at various capacities/companies

2. Skill(技能): 8+ years experience in related semiconductor processing; prior fabless experience preferred (esp in memeroy area)

3. Knowledge(知識): 8+ years in semiconductor manfacture, focus on TD, PIE, or Device engineering

4. Bachelor or above, major in EE, physics, material, or semiconductor related fields

5. 10+ years in related semiconductor processing

6. prior fables company experience preferred

7. familiar with memory devices such as DRAM, SRAM, etc.
