61 Assistant Project Manager to provide the estimation and schedule (10%)

61 Draft technical specification according to business requirement (40%)

61 Perform programming and unit test (10%)

61 Fix system & integration testing and UAT defects promptly, delivery services within deadline with quality (10%)

61 Mentor and support information engineer for system development (10%)

61 Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirements:

61 Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline

61 5+ years proven industrial application development experience

61 2+ years’ software architect to design and develop enterprise web system.

61 2+ years’ RESTful interface design and development;

61 Experienced in popular database software, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase or MySQL

61 Knowledge of cloud related

61 Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills

61 Experience with Python for scripting/automation tasks

61 5+ years WebSphere WAS/Tomcat/Apache/Ngnix etc. experience.

61 Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)

61 Knowledge of Agile Development and clean code

61 Experience with the following

- Java, Springboot, SpringMVC

- Responsive design

- IDEA, Eclipse etc.

- Python

61 Good command of both written and spoken English,CET 4 is required.

61 Self motivator and quick learner

61 Has experience on insurance is preferable
